WHAT IS MYX SALON SUITES?
MYX Salon Suites was created by currently active stylists. We lease spacious salon suites to independent beauty professionals (hairdressers, barbers, lash artists, natural nail specialists, microblading artists, & waxing specialists).
WHY DID WE CREATE MYX SALON SUITES
We created MYX Salon Suites because we wanted to create a space that was unlike any other salon suites, salon studio or salon loft around. As stylists who have worked in commission salons & at other salon rentals, the two of us truly put a lot of thought into what needed to be different at MYX Salon Suites! As soon as you walk in the door and see the beautiful porcelain marble feature wall you can tell we definitely succeeded in that! Modern, luxurious & amazing is what you will experience when you are at MYX.
The stylist in us wanted to be able to help those who are taking this big step in their career. We were once in your shoes & we would love to help you in anyway we can. Trust us we know it can get overwhelming in the beginning and that's why you have us to help guide you along the way. No need to worry whatsoever - we got you! Your success is so important to us! We truly mean that!
WHY WE ARE THE PERFECT LOCATION
MYX Salon Suites is located at 18334 Bagley Road, Suite F, Middleburg Heights, Ohio 44130. We are located in Middleburg Towne Square, which is right across from Southwest General Hospital. It is a great location right off I-71. MYX Salon Suites is in close proximity to following cities (Berea, Cleveland, Strongsville, North Royalton, North Olmsted, Parma, Brunswick, Broadview Heights, Westlake, Avon, Columbia Station & North Ridgeville).

MYX Salon Suites was created owners who are active stylists! Remember that! We work behind the chair just like you. We are independently owned & operated (definitely not corporately owned like a lot of other salon suite - salon studios around). We are in the salon on a regular basis! This is something that sets us a part. We truly understand the industry.
WHAT SIZE SALON SUITES - SALON STUDIOS DO YOU HAVE?
We offer a couple different layouts for our salon suites.
For our single suite options we have the following:
Classic - Deluxe - Premium
We also have our "DUO" Suite available which is perfect for 2 stylists or if you are a hairstylist and have an assistant this suite would be perfect for you!
HOW LONG AS YOUR LEASE AGREEMENTS AT MYX SALON SUITES?
We offer 1 year lease agreements! Some of the other salon suite or salon studios around, require really long leases off the bat. We wanted to be able to offer you a 1 year lease. We know when you are making a big decision to leave your commission salon, or making the switch from booth rental that the long term commitments might scare you. This is why we wanted to be able to give you this option.
If you are interested in signing a longer lease we can definitely make that happen!
AM I ABLE TO CREATE/WORK MY OWN SCHEDULE?
You truly have the freedom & flexibility to create your own schedule when you are in a salon suite! How amazing is that! We provide you with a key fob that gives you access to the salon suite 24/7. The door is unlocked during regular business hours & after hours you have access using your fob.
WHAT TYPE OF LICENSE DO I NEED?
You are required to hold an Independent Contractor license if you are cosmetologist or barber.
You will also need to have an LLC & a vendors license.
If you are a microblading artist before you can begin offering your services as a permanent makeup artist, you have to apply for a license through the Ohio Department of Health.
